Letter to the editor: Are Biden’s plans God’s way?

I’ve never enjoyed a political convention so much as I did President Trump’s. It was inspiring compared to the Democratic Party’s convention speakers.

The Democratic speakers reminded me of a kindergarten-aged child I babysat many years ago. We played a board game, and she screamed at me when I was winning. I told her that is how the game is played. If you have to cheat to win, how is that going to work for you when you grow up? She never answered me. I never sat with her again.

Joe Biden reminds me of that little girl wanting to win. I think he knows that his plans are not God’s way. Trump isn’t perfect. But he knows how to play the game and, more importantly, he knows how to keep his promises. As a result, I feel more safe with him in office.

I think Biden would sell out America to the Chinese for paper money that eventually would become worthless, and we’d have their armed guards in our streets instead of American police officers. He’s Catholic, but he believes in abortion.

Let us pray together as God’s good children and make peace instead of war. If Biden is right, I hope he wins. If not, he will lose.
