The League of Women Voters of Westmoreland County (LWVWC) wants voters to be informed and make their voices heard in the upcoming general election. The election has more than 300 candidates in 150 local races and will determine the people directly responsible for the services and finances of our local communities.

To inform and empower voters, the LWVWC has published an online voter guide, VOTE411.org, with information on local races. VOTE411 is a one-stop shop for nonpartisan election-related information. By entering your address in VOTE411, you can see what is on your ballot and get candidate information. This is the first election that VOTE411 is available with Westmoreland County-specific race and candidate information.

In the upcoming election, there are six countywide races, 10 magisterial district races and 34 school board director races. The LWVWC has invited all 141 candidates in these races to speak directly to voters by uploading their qualifications and answers to question prompts to VOTE411, using a URL that is personalized for each candidate.

The LWVWC encourages voters to visit VOTE411.org and vote!
