In the April 23 edition, there was a brief article that stated Pennsylvania drug seizures are up this year and that Pennsylvania State Police seized nearly $5.6 million worth of cocaine during the first three months of 2021. That’s 253 pounds. Almost as much as all of 2020. Also, state police seized 361 pounds of methamphetamine, 15 pounds of heroin, 43 pounds of fentanyl and 1,500 pounds of processed marijuana. That’s just Pennsylvania, and that’s just what the state police caught.

It has been reported that Mexican cartels and other criminal groups arrange for large groups of unaccompanied minors and others to show up at border crossings and keep border agents busy while drugs and more are snuck in. The Holy Family Institute in Emsworth took in 80 of these children. The Pennsylvania International Academy in Erie took in 150 children. I guess the drug cartels pay the parents to use their children as decoys.

The drug industry is a big business. In 2020, the value of drugs seized in Pennsylvania was $45 million; in 2019, $43 million; in 2018, $66 million. President Biden needs to close the border ASAP. His globalist, open-border policies are hurting our country and hurting children.
