Letter to the editor: Biden’s revenge

Once it was understood that 77 million American voters did not support his policies, it seems President Biden decided to do his best to inhibit America’s commonsense change for the people. Biden:

• Auctions off expensive border wall components purchased by everyday Americans’ hard work and taxes, until he was stopped by a federal judge. Is his goal to make it easier for noncitizens/drugs/terrorists to enter through our borders? Is he looking to eventually give them the right to vote?

• Pardons criminals, some of whom will be put back on our streets. Is his goal to show he still has power to do as he pleases, regardless of who he hurts?

• Swears at reporters for asking straightforward questions. Is his goal to make sure they don’t question his competence again?

• Shuts down new access to our fossil-fuel resources in our surrounding waters. Is his goal to protect his climate crisis goals while raising the cost of Americans’ energy and stepping on President-elect Trump’s “drill baby drill” agenda?

• Releases 11 terrorists from Gitmo and sends them to Oman. His goal? I have no sane answer!

In my opinion, Biden is choosing to inflict pain on Americans in his last days in office while he gives awards to those who support him. In my lifetime, I do not recall an angry president of my America being so contrary to the good of our nation.
