So I see that Dick Cheney, one of the most hardnosed, diehard members of the Republican Party, has stated that the party is not what is was in the past. He also stated how important it is to recognize the anniversary of the Jan. 6 attack. Sadly, Rep. Liz Cheney and her father, the former vice president of the United States, were the only Republicans in attendance at the Jan. 6 memorial event on the House floor.
