The radical left (the New Democratic Party) seems to want to destroy the American economy along with the standard of living of the majority of Americans through their climate change agenda. The biggest proponents of this hysteria (John Kerry, Al Gore, Joe Biden ) and other wealthy elites own multiple mansions and fly around the world in large private jets. Their carbon footprint is exponentially larger than the average American family’s.
These hypocrites have wrongly convinced a large number of people that man-made climate change will end our civilization. I disagree. We inhabit a planet still molten at the core flying through space at 67,000 mph around a fireball of gases (the sun).
Any number of things can lead to the demise of the planet: solar flares, asteroid strikes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis. The list is long, with man-made climate change near the bottom.
If we truly want to help the planet, let’s stop dumping garbage in the oceans and interior waterways, stop deforestation of the rainforest. There are many things we can do to improve our planet, but, in my opinion, what they propose is simply another way to redistribute wealth and exert more government control on the population.
