Pennsylvania Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward has called the recent bill that would approve the sale of alcoholic mixed drinks “to go” a step toward normalcy that could “jump-start the economy” (“Pa. Surely you jest, Miz Ward. And don’t the police have enough problems controlling patrons of the South Side bars drinking in the streets now? Pittsburgh’s a fun place, but New Orleans it ain’t!
