I recently had a package delivered by FedEx; however, it wasn’t delivered to my house. I called FedEx and got a machine; after going through the drill, it hung up with no answer as to where my package was. I repeated this four or five more times and couldn’t get a human on the phone. Luckily my neighbor happened to be the one who received it or it would have been lost with money down the drain.

Here’s the deal: If I have a question or complaint, I want to talk to a human, one who speaks English that I can understand, and I want this person to be in this country, not somewhere in India. These companies need to get some courtesy lessons and pay a human to answer the damn phone.
