I’m one of those terrifying, radical MAGA extremists, AKA conservatives, who President Biden, his DOJ, FBI and assorted Democrats declare are the greatest threat to our democracy. And you should be very afraid! For we dastardly, radical, terroristic, extremists can pretty much be described by one word: Respectful! Respectful of life, from conception until natural death; of our history, our predecessors and the country they created and entrusted to us; of our military, our police, our laws and our flag; of other people’s time, property and freedom.
And which word might best describe our accusers, and self-proclaimed democracy saviors? Destruction! The destruction of babies in the womb; destruction by the unobstructed invasion by many millions of strangers, subjecting our citizenry to potential disease, terrorism and deadly fentanyl; destruction from unpunished looting, burning, death and devastation wrought by antifa, BLM and sundry other street rioters, mobs and demonstrators; the destruction of MLK’s dream of a colorblind society by the fomenting of racial tension; destruction caused by the weaponizing of government agencies against political opponents, parents and traditional Catholics; destruction of police departments by defunding.
So who really is the greatest threat? I believe the destruction began with President Obama’s pledge to “fundamentally transform our country” and is being advanced by President Biden, with Obama as his ventriloquist. It’s the bleeding out of the lifeblood of our country’s founding principles, by a thousand small cuts, in plain sight, and still, so many can’t see it.
