At this point, I don’t care which party you belong to or if you are an independent, nor do I care if you are for gun control or against it. How can you ignore the factual statistics of gun-related crimes in four of the largest U.S. cities: Los Angeles, New York, Detroit and Washington, D.C.?

The one thing these four cities have in common is that they all have some of the most restrictive gun control legislation in our country today. The proof is in the pudding, as it has been often said.

As with many of my fellow sportsmen, there has been a loaded firearm in my house for about 50 years. Not once in that time did it ever jump up and shoot anyone.

It is not the gun, it is the people who put no value on human life that is the problem. The $64,000 question is, how do we outlaw them?
