I encourage residents of District 55 to vote for Davon Magwood. Years ago, Magwood was one of my students at Schenley High School. He had a passion for government and leadership that has grown from co-creating our school’s Youth and Government Club to his present candidacy.
Magwood’s work ethic and values are those that I grew up with in Derry (which is in District 55) and mirror those of his new home. He is genuine in his desire to represent his constituents and to move his district forward to embrace the challenges and opportunities of our time.
Magwood has decided to live and raise his family in a place that has a remarkable history, and, with his leadership, a bright future, as well.
