Letter to the editor: Democrats, don’t vote for Biden

The writer of the letter “Don’t vote for Trump” (March 26, TribLive) asks Republicans to “sit this election out.” His brazenness and audacity are appalling. He is concerned with his democracy, but apparently not Republicans’ freedom to vote. Obviously he does not understand the MAGA movement.

The Democratic Party uses “loss of democracy” as a fear-mongering tagline to arouse the public. Democrats seem to hide the fact that the United States is a constitutional republic, not a “democracy.” No founding document — not the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation or the Constitution — mentions democracy. The Founding Fathers viewed democracy as dangerous to the rights of minorities. An example commonly used to explain democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. What’s for dinner?

A vote for Joe Biden is a possible vote for Kamala Harris. In my opinion, she is incompetent.

I believe Biden’s policies have caused a poor economy, high gas prices and a middle class struggling to put food on their tables and pay for their basic utilities.

Biden is a liar and plagiarist. Special Counsel Robert Hur reported Biden’s memory as “hazy,” “fuzzy,” “faulty,” “poor” and having “significant limitations.” Who really is in charge?

Biden’s border policies allow drugs, sex trafficking, gangs, terrorists and criminals into our cities. A new concern with the increase of illegal immigrants is a rise in diseases such as measles, tuberculosis and polio. What’s next, another shutdown?

Come on, man, open your eyes, and see the truth about the Democrats destroying America.
