As a woman of color I am appalled at the Democrats’ outrageous racist rhetoric. Any thinking person knows that President Trump’s statement was not about race, but patriotism. If Reps. Omar, Pressley, Tlaib and Ocasio-Cortez were of Irish, German, English, etc. descent, and all other things being equal, the comment would have still been pertinent.

Political correctness allows for anyone to denigrate our country, to espouse socialism, to come close to treasonous statements, to call American men of courage Nazis, and to spew hatred of our most valuable ally — and to do so while holding an office of service. This is allowed with no repudiation as long as they have more melanin in their skin than someone who is considered “white.”

They could not be successful without the liberal media. I believe the media must know that this was a matter of patriotism, not racism, but have chosen to perpetuate this false perception because it lines up with their agenda — anything to bring Trump down.

To me “the Squad” is a political hit squad. Its target: the foundation stones, principles and faith that made America great and which, if we get back to, will make her greater still.
