Sadly, I believe the Trib has joined the ranks of most mainstream media and has abandoned the basic tenets of journalism. You obviously don’t believe your readers are intelligent enough to take the information you print and make independent judgments. I suppose you’ve succumbed to schools and colleges that no longer teach how to think, but rather what to think, and will now print instructions instead of news.
I am not saying people shouldn’t take the vaccine. Intelligent people should make their own decisions. You no longer have an “opinion page” but rather an opinion newspaper, as you publicly admitted on the front page (“Do what’s best and take the covid-19 vaccine,” Dec. 15, TribLIVE).
