A recent speech by the president, who swore under oath at his inauguration to protect and defend the Constitution, now informs us all that none of our rights as defined in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution are absolute. Absolute, to me, means God-given. This means he lied when he took the oath and has no regard for our Constitution, our God-given rights or our freedom.
What comes to mind? Impeachment? Treason? Self-serving liar?
Our Founding Fathers explained what God-given means. Now this would-be despot wants to erase our history and our determination paid for by all those buried in cemeteries across Europe and elsewhere, by executive order. God help us all.
