Letter to the editor: Don't base vote on prejudice
Lies and exaggerations from politicians abound. Shared hate is one factor. If you do not like some people, and a politician agrees with you, do you then vote based upon prejudice and hate? I believe we have seen the results of that for four years. The virus rages on.
So please, do not let your prejudice be the basis of a vote. It may take some intellectual effort, but look beyond personal racial grievances. America will always be a multi-racial society. And that is good.
