Big corporations and Big Money have corrupted the Supreme Court of the United States. This explains their partisan decisions that favor corporations over the American people.

Their ruling on Citizens United gives companies an outsized voice in politics, drowning out the voices of average citizens. Their elimination of the Chevron doctrine has made it easier for businesses to roll back federal rules, reducing our protections.

Many of the court’s decisions have eroded our rights, including worker rights, voting rights, civil rights, labor rights, religious freedoms, bodily autonomy and environmental protections. The Roberts court is becoming renowned for limiting our rights rather than expanding them.

Now, Big Money is attempting to corrupt our Pennsylvania court. They are trying to buy your vote to install their bought-and-paid-for judges. Do not let them succeed. Do not believe their spin and misinformation.

Our state courts have protected us from some of the more extreme positions of the federal courts. Our Pennsylvania laws offer greater protection for environmental rights, including clean air and water, as well as for worker rights, reproductive rights, civil rights, free speech rights, union rights and gun safety rights.

Vote yes to retain our five current judges. Do not let big corporate money corrupt our courts as it has at the federal level.
