Letter to the editor: Don’t vote for more insanity

I was saddened to read the letter “Trump, ‘strong men’ and bloodbaths” (March 25, TribLive). Is the writer serious? I mean, is that his real opinion, or is it something being sold to us? Actually I would agree with the whole opinion if the names “Biden” and “Trump” were reversed.

In my opinion, President Biden is suffering from dementia and is not running anything — people who neither you nor I voted for are running the government. And if the events of the past 3½ years don’t frighten you, including the slow-motion invasion of our country, the slow-motion destruction of our infrastructure and the not-so-slow degradation of our society, our families and our freedoms, then you are not paying attention.

Please don’t vote for more insanity. Things will only get worse if we keep sending hypocrites and leftists to Washington.
