Letter to the editor: Election results show that talk is cheap

So, America, the election is over, and I realized one thing: People (mainly the middle class and poor) are all talk.

You see how this administration is ruining our country; you see how they allow illegals to not only trample the border, but leave behind tons of trash for, I assume, some magic man to clean up. You said how much inflation, high energy prices, crime, drugs and taxes matter, but your actions at the polls tell a different story.

You had your chance to make a difference, but did you take it? No. Therefore, don’t complain while good old Uncle Joe passes out what’s left of your money like candy to other countries from his endless supply and allows the cartels to keep killing our citizens while he runs this country into the ground.

Now the truth is out about the loan forgiveness program that I believe was a sham to sucker in young voters hoping for a big payday, and the sad thing is, it worked. Uncle Joe left you with nothing but egg on your face. It seems illegals and criminals get way better treatment than legal, law-abiding citizens, but your votes say you don’t care.

I guess now you can reap what you sow.

And don’t complain when Sen. John Fetterman wants to put a heroin “safe injection site” next to your house, or perhaps a convicted murderer or rapist moves in next door because good old John felt bad for them. Talk is cheap!
