People wonder why there is so much hatred toward Israel. I have an explanation.

I saw an interview on TV several years ago with a Muslim man who had converted to Christianity. His name is Kamal Saleem. He grew up in Lebanon. He belonged to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Palestine Liberation Organization. When he was a child, his mother taught him that Jews and Christians are evil and if you die trying to kill them, you will go to paradise.

He said Muslims are waging war on the United States from the inside out. They call it cultural jihad. They have been coming to the United States since the 1960s on student visas paid for with Saudi petrol money. They befriend Americans and say “See, we are just like you. We all worship the same God.” They start clubs and teach that Palestinians are oppressed and Israel is bad. They get jobs deciding what should be in textbooks, all favoring Islam.

Of course, there are also good Muslims. Some risked their lives as informants for the CIA investigating the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. I learned about that in a documentary called “The Path to 9/11,” based on the 9/11 Commission Report.
