I’m on Social Security and Medicare. I was dismayed when President Trump signed executive orders on payroll tax suspensions. This effectively is the lifeline for both programs. He said if reelected he would make the cuts permanent. This is an attempt by Trump and the Republicans to gut both programs, like he did to the Affordable Care Act.
If this happens, I predict seniors will be working till they die, and health care premiums will be astronomical. I implore all seniors who still back Trump to rethink their decision.
Remember: Social Security and Medicare are not entitlements.
