I want to truly thank the writer of the extremely humorous letter “Flags flying in support of Biden” (Sept. 24, TribLIVE). At first I thought it was great satire, but then realized that he believes that all who patriotically fly the flag of our great country do so as a tribute to Joe Biden, the man.
I, and most people I know, have been proudly displaying “Old Glory” for many decades prior to “Old Joe” being thrust into national attention and will continue to do so long after he is removed from office.
God bless America and our Constitution indeed!
