This letter may be more about censorship of practicing doctors in America — hydroxychloroquine, for example — than going back to school.

Hydroxychloroquine and other treatments are available. Covid-19 is not going away. Vaccines may not be a panacea. Look at flu vaccines.

Are we going to let this virus change the way we live forever?

Please consider my solution to get all kids back to school or us back to life: no masks, no social distancing. Knowledgeable primary care doctors to treat and prescribe the following products for prophylaxis and/or treatment in accordance with proper doctor- patient relationship: hydroxychloroquine and zinc for prophylaxis; hydroxychloroquine, zinc, Z-Pak, convalescent plasma, remdesivir and others in process for treatment.

Who/what are the concerns? Kids even up to college in general are at low risk; treat when ill. Teachers, especially older teachers, are at risk; prescribe prophylaxis for prevention and treat if ill. Homebodies, parents, grandparents and those with health issues — diabetes, etc. — are at risk; prescribe prophylaxis for prevention and treat if ill.

There are 13,000-plus school districts in the United States. I think at least one school district could be a candidate.
