With Nov. 7 approaching quickly, we, the voters of Cheswick, Frazer, Harmar, Springdale Borough and Springdale Township have some serious decisions to make regarding our next district judge. The recent headlines involving one of the candidate’s decisions that, in my opinion, have hurt the residents that he was elected to protect, have given me pause to really think about the importance of electing the right candidate to be a judge.
The right candidate is Michael J. Girardi. As an attorney, Girardi knows the importance of making the correct decisions in a fair and impartial manner. He understands the importance of setting a proper bail. We’ve seen those headlines, too — how non-attorney judges released felons back on the streets. Can this area chance any more mistakes?
I’ve made my decision for the next magisterial district judge — Michael J. Girardi.
