May 16 is an important date in the Allegheny Valley and Frazer Township as we elect the next magisterial district judge.

Times have changed in the past 25 years. We have tragically lost police officers to gun violence, the number of crimes has increased, and there is more traffic on the highways. It is our responsibility to be proactive in ensuring the safety of our officers and residents by electing a judge who is already familiar with the law, attorney Michael Girardi.

Girardi’s law degree enables him to assume the position of judge immediately in January. As a teacher, he has taught his law students about the different types of filings in a district court. He understands the importance of being fair and impartial while upholding the law.

As the two longtime judges, both attorneys, who are running for reelection for nearby district courts have stated, “There is no substitute for experience.”
