Twenty-one years of experience as a district court clerk and working for an experienced judge has provided me with insight that a judge must be fair, impartial, unbiased and uncompromised by endorsements that may lead to favoritism. There are no negotiations on the bench. The judge is required to make a concise decision based upon the law and not by a relationship. There is no room for error when setting bail.

Attorney Michael Girardi’s years of experience through school, passing the bar, his practice and as an adjunct law professor qualify him to make sound decisions on Jan. 2, if elected as the new magisterial district judge for District 05-3-03. His qualifications will make him proficient on the very first day in court.

Girardi is not beginning a new career; he chose his journey with the law years ago. It is not about a retirement package; it is his passion for the rules of law and his community.

I may not be a dynamo, but I married one, which I will never grasp how this matters in an election to become a judge. My husband and I are voting for Michael Girardi because he has the qualifications and experience to be an outstanding district judge without bias.
