Dear Gov. Tom Wolf,

My concern is the economic cratering of our economy, both nationally and locally, from the social-distancing mandates. I may be a voice in the wilderness; however, consideration must be given to roll back your directives that have imposed harsh sanctions upon the people of our commonwealth.

It is now time to set a date when your emergency declarations will be rescinded, and that would be in the very near future. This will enable the citizens of our great commonwealth the opportunity to plan and move forward with the resumption of the beneficial economic and social activities that are the lifeblood of our society.

Businesses are closing, never to reopen, and lives are in disarray, and yet these are considered nonessential? Please be a voice that rises above the cacophony of “the sky is falling” and consider a measured response to walk us out of this deepening dilemma.
