The new White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, is like an unstoppable cyborg from the future. This, along with “Russia, Russia, Russia,” failed impeachment, the end of the virus lockdown, massive city property destruction and the recovering economy make it tough to be a leftist these days.

But not to be daunted, their sheer, oblivious dogma supports these newly minted Democrats to advance a party that Truman and JFK wouldn’t recognize. Yet they clamor for equality of wages and property while doing nothing for the poor inhabitants of all the major Democrat-run cities whose young students seem to learn zilch in government-controlled schools.

In the Pittsburgh Public Schools system, 56% of students scored below the ”proficient” level in reading and 80% below the ”proficient” level in math. This is the core root of the problem, but I have not heard one protester or politician voice the slightest concern for it. Or the fact that Democrats have been running the city and its schools for 80 years.

The nitty gritty, mundane hard work does not sustain these types who are more propelled by their own specialness. So the malaise continues.
