This letter is in no way an attempt to dismiss any concerns about any recent actions taken by the Trump administration. However, I do have some real, honest questions to which I would love someone to give real, honest answers.
Why are the two people killed by federal agents in Minnesota elevated to martyr status (who both might still be alive if Minnesota politicians hadn’t encouraged interference with federal agents), while the dozens upon dozens of murder and rape victims of illegal immigrants are treated as though they never existed? (Look up Jocelyn Nungary, Laken Riley and Rachel Morin, among others.)
How is it that Don Lemon, embedded with dozens of cursing, screaming anti-ICE activists who stormed into a church service, terrifying parishioners, including small children, is called a hero journalist, but a young reporter, Nick Shirley, who exposes rampant fraud within the Minnesota state government, gets dismissed as a MAGA extremist?
How is California Gov. Gavin Newsom a leading contender for the 2028 presidency, while California ranks in the bottom half of all states in crime rates, economy and fiscal stability? And now potentially billions of dollars in welfare fraud. What would he bring to the country as president? Surely the Democrats must have a more worthy candidate somewhere.
How do some members of teachers’ unions, whose political donations go nearly 100% to support Democrats, have time to make dance videos and abandon their classrooms to demonstrate against ICE, when they fail so miserably at their day jobs, teaching our children?
