Regarding the article “Norwin hires new athletic director in 5-4 vote” (Aug. 17, TribLIVE): I wouldn’t plan on a long stay at Norwin with a 5-4 vote. Next election, he could be gone if any of the five “yays” are out. But he doesn’t seem like someone who is very loyal to anyone but the highest bidder.
You make your own bed, and messing with school boards is usually fatal.
