Let’s call ICE what they truly are: President Trump’s private army of thugs. They are the Gestapo of today, violent and dangerous. To paraphrase: “those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.”
It’s like we are now in the Germany of the 1930s. We have a president in the White House who rules by intimidation and extortion. He wants to get rid of the journalists who speak the truth by calling them names, especially the women. This is what Hitler did. He took control of the media and those who would speak out.
I have no doubts that Stephen Miller is behind most of this, pulling Trump’s strings. Kudos to the Indiana Republicans who refused to go along with Trump’s plan to redistrict to the Republicans’ advantage. I also have no doubt that if we have midterms, Trump will find a way to steal the elections.
I hope to see a big blue wave on Election Day and get rid of the Republicans who aid and abet Trump, or at the least look the other way. I just do not understand people who can support this administration with all that is going on — the retribution, the petty indictments and investigations that are nothing more than revenge from a small, weak man. Can someone tell me why the money from the sale of Venezuelan oil went to a bank in Qatar instead of going to our U.S. Treasury? Perhaps no questions asked if money is taken out?
Before you ask, no I don’t suffer from Trump derangement syndrome, I suffer from Trump is deranged syndrome.
