The feeding frenzy in the city of Pittsburgh over properties creates many people who cannot afford to buy or rent. What happens to those people? Do they move to places such as Wilkinsburg, or do they become homeless?

Talk about inflation. What do real estate prices have to do with inflation? A lot. That means higher rents and less money to spend on other things.
