What happened on Jan. 6, 2021, was indeed a disgrace, and those who participated, whether it be the president or the lowest-level rioter, should suffer the consequences. However, what happened on Nov. 3, 2020, will have a more devastating and lasting impact on this nation than the chaos of Jan. 6.

Each of us, whether Democrat or Republican, must ask ourselves whether or not we think our country is headed in the right direction. We can then answer that question when we go to the polls.
