The Pennsylvania primary to select our 2024 candidates is April 23. One deserving candidate is state House Rep. Jill Cooper of the 55th District, who is running for reelection. Cooper has been very much involved in understanding the needs of the Westmoreland County communities she represents, including my area. By discussing issues with local leaders, civic group members, veterans groups, law enforcement, firefighters and residents, Cooper has built relationships with state government to help her diverse district successfully grow and be safe.
We appreciate leaders who represent us by knowing us, and Cooper has invested the time to be that contact person here at home and as our voice in Harrisburg.
