Joe Biden knows that Americans want the truth. Abraham Lincoln and FDR led our country through our darkest days by telling the truth and explaining their plans to see us through. Leaders tell the truth. As the covid-19 global pandemic continues without treatments or vaccines on the horizon, President Trump deflects and shirks his responsibilities.
In my opinion, Biden is the leader who will give us the facts. That is what he has always done during his 47 years of public service. He will listen to the researchers, epidemiologists, nurses, doctors, firefighters, EMTs, protesters and police officers. He will hear the grievances and ideas to solve problems and assure all that they are important.
Biden will work against injustices and seek to unify us. He will inform through press conferences with experts giving information about concerns relevant to our country. He will work with every governor and mayor regardless of party because all Americans are part of these United States. Facts will guide decision making and we the people will be his top priority because we always have been with Biden.
Biden knows that the American people are smart and tough and want the truth. He will not rage-tweet at fellow Americans, make policy by tweet or traffic in wild conspiracy theories that slander good people.
We need leadership, integrity, honesty and competency in the White House. Biden will put “United” back into the United States of America by reaching out to all Americans who wish to join him in working toward a more perfect union. Let’s join him.
