The phrase “justice delayed is justice denied” comes to mind with a conflicted and biased Judge Aileen Cannon throwing out the documents case against former President Trump. This is a case where an ex-president took highly sensitive and secretive documents to his home, stored some in the bathroom, some in the ballroom, and refused to return them when he was asked to. This judge should have never been assigned to the case. Everyone knew what the outcome would be. I hope the Department of Justice refiles the indictment in New Jersey, where a fair and unbiased judge might be assigned to the case.
