Since the primary, Karaica has completed the certifying course for prospective district judges and passed the rigorous certifying exam, making him both certified and qualified to perform the duties of the office.
Karaica is a lifelong resident of the district. He will be a mediator for all the people of the community, exercising good judgment and remaining unbiased when making decisions. He will be a full-time district judge and will fairly represent all the people of the district.
