I believe the quality of life for the vast majority, if not all, Americans has diminished. Of course the coronavirus is a huge factor, but the Draconian, seemingly arbitrary shutdowns by Gov. Tom Wolf, other governors and some mayors have hurt us greatly.

The state now is planning to reopen in phases. But look at life in the past weeks: If you needed a knee replacement, you couldn’t have it done because it is considered elective surgery. If you want to buy or sell a home, you are not allowed. You can’t get your hair cut or styled. You can’t go to a car dealership to buy a car.

In some states you can’t go to a religious service. Whatever happened to the separation of church and state?

One person told me, “I’d rather take my chances with the virus than starve. I need my job.”

Does Wolf realize the devastation his decisions have caused to thousands of Pennsylvanians? I, for one, hate to have my rights taken away by a governor who I think is ill-informed. God bless the clear thinkers, of which I don’t believe Wolf is one.
