I cannot take it anymore. Why are fall sports an all-or-nothing issue? Everyone agrees the kids need to play. The question is, can it be done safely?

Schools are infected by students and staff bringing the virus in from the community. Communities are infected by members of the community going to other communities that have the infection and bringing into the community. So, with that small piece of information, let’s think outside the box and come up with a new way for the students to play.

For this season, have no WPIAL or PIAA championship games. Have districts only play neighboring districts without regard to classification. I know this causes other issues, but it addresses the two main issues: trying to stop the spread of covid-19 and letting the kids play. In my opinion they are the two most important issues and should trump all other issues.
