Everyone talks about how much plastic is in our oceans, landfills, etc., and now even the recyclers don’t want it. To help this situation, I propose that all stores and supermarkets revert back to using paper bags instead of putting one or two items in a little worthless plastic bag. What used to go into a couple paper bags when I go to the supermarket now takes 10-15 plastic ones.

I would bet that every household has a stack of these stupid things that they have to find a use for, and even then, they end up in the dump. At least the paper bags can be reused, and when they are thrown out, they will dissolve in the landfill.

Now that everyone is doing more electronically, there should be plenty of paper to go around.
