I have never understood class envy. I think most liberals are guilty of this behavior. It is vindictive, punishing people who take risks and succeed. Also, it is very expensive. Rich people will pay more but they will pass their increased expenses on to their customers. No one wins.
In my opinion, President Biden plans to make this country a socialist one. It will be financed by crushing new taxes on the rich and large businesses. Liberals cheer. They don’t think about what happens next. Taxes will be passed on to consumers. That means higher prices and inflation for all Americans. Businesses may hire fewer workers or offer smaller wage increases.
This doesn’t matter to the rabid liberals. The filthy, evil rich will be punished. They are happy for now. When the consequences of Biden’s actions come, the liberals will simply spin it to blame Trump and the Republicans. They never learn.
