I fully support Lindsey Williams’ bid for a second term as District 38 state senator. Following are a few of my reasons.
Williams strongly supports unions as well as whistleblowers who seek to protect workers and the public. She has fought hard for investment in infrastructure, access to high-quality and affordable health care, lowering the tax burden of low- and middle-income residents, and women’s rights. She advocates for raising the minimum wage and indexing it to inflation. She favors increasing funding for education at the state level. She supports universal background checks and other commonsense gun safety measures. She believes all Pennsylvanians deserve the right to make their own health care decisions, and access to abortion is necessary health care.

Williams chose public service over monetizing her Duquesne law degree because she is driven by a desire to make a difference. If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her, you know that she is motivated by concern for others and the public good. She deserves our votes Nov. 8.
