Letter to the editor: Looking at Trump’s accomplishments

Let’s talk lies. President Trump is accused of repeating 20,000 lies. I can summarize all of his lies into one: Mine is bigger than yours. The only people who care are immature adolescents.

That brings me to all of the letters attacking Trump. They all read the same. He is mean; he is a bully; he is a tyrant; he is not nice; he called me a name. They all sound like they were written by a group of junior high “mean girls.”

Many of the accusations are lies. They cannot come with anything that is verifiable. They seem to be unable to attack any policies because they worked for all Americans. Best economy in at least 40 years, lowest unemployment for minorities in history and, until covid-19 hit, the average family saw an increase in pay of between $4,000 and $6,000, according to some sources. You also saw a narrowing of the wage gap for the first time this century.

The last complaint many have is that he talks about what he has accomplished. The news won’t mention many of his accomplishments, but there a reason that he’s received three nominations for the next Nobel Peace Prize.

Please get facts before you vote.
