Columnist Joseph Sabino Mistick is a member of the Democrat media propaganda machine. The latest example was his column “A president for all Americans” (Aug. 31, TribLive), in which he claimed Donald Trump’s visit to Arlington National Cemetery was a political farce.

Here is what Mistick didn’t tell you. The Biden/Harris incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan led to the deaths of 13 Americans. On the third anniversary of their death, the families of the fallen invited Trump to attend their memorial service at Arlington. Trump agreed and spent over two hours with the families. Several family members said President Biden and Vice President Harris were also invited; they did not attend. At the family’s request, photographs were taken to commemorate the occasion. Trump had obtained permission for a photographer to be present.

While the White House says Biden and Harris were not invited, their not attending the service was a terrible look. Mistick dutifully parroted the Harris campaign’s narrative. A simple search on Twitter/X will show you videos of the Gold Star families who attended the ceremony praising Trump and harshly criticizing Biden and Harris for ignoring those who were killed.

Next time Mistick should criticize the people who put American service members in Arlington cemetery instead of criticizing a person who went there to mourn those killed.
