Regarding Dave Anderson’s op-ed “Time to drop the term ‘moderates’ ” (Feb. 2, TribLive): Libertarians are extremists? Possibly from Anderson’s point of view, but most libertarians would say they just want to be left alone as long as they aren’t bothering anybody else. Sound familiar? I suspect underneath most “moderates” are really libertarians, they just don’t want to admit it for fear of offending people like Anderson.
