Online communications are driving me crazy. Two examples.

I went to Giant Eagle and told the pharmacist I wanted to schedule a booster shot. He said I had to go online. I went home and called Walmart and went in the next day and got my shot.

I wanted to see a basketball game at Highlands High School and found out I had to go online for a ticket. Instead of paying $8 at the door as in the past, I paid the $8 anda $1.51 processing fee. Before I showed my ticket at the door, I asked if I could buy a ticket. The answer was, I had to go online. The gym was slightly over half full. They most likely lost some revenue.

Online or the highway. Seems to me there should at least be some options.
