When you no longer have a justice system that works, you put the lives of U.S. citizens at risk. There are times I felt safer serving my country in Vietnam than I do in parts of the U.S.
There no longer seem to be deterrents to keep people from committing crimes, with criminals now having more protection than honest U.S. citizens.
It started when the death penalty was no longer carried out. Kill someone and get caught. What happens? If by chance you actually go to prison, how are you treated? No more taxes, utility or insurance bills, free housing, food, clothing, libraries, gym and sex-change operations. I know honest U.S. citizens who don’t have these benefits.
Now, to prevent criminals from being caught, some police can no longer stop a car for some minor issues. How many criminals were caught because of car problems? In some areas, if a police officer stops you and smells weed, he or she can no longer search your car without a search warrant.
Sanctuary cities are protecting criminals across the country. Yes, you are a criminal if you came to this country illegally. We read about some district attorneys letting criminals go free. Why?
Protect yourself, because our justice system will not. Buy a gun, get a permit, and learn the proper, safe way to use it. A gun is a deterrent, not the justice system.
Oh, and you can get a gun permit in Pennsylvania and not be a U.S. citizen, as long as you are legally here. Believe it!
