My body, my choice, right? Too bad if it adversely affects other people. It’s selfishly all about me. The hell with everybody else. Guess I can go into a store without a shirt and shoes. Maybe I can wear a tank top instead of the required collared shirt at a golf course. And, if it is a person’s choice, why be anti-abortion? Shouldn’t women have the same choice? After all, their body, their choice.
If I have a contagious disease like chickenpox or measles, so what? I’ll go out and be around other people. If somebody gets sick, that’s their problem. It’s about my freedom. I’ll be irresponsible and disregard the well-being of others. Why should I do something righteous for the good of society?
I will lack honesty, integrity and credibility for not wearing a mask when I am supposed to, falsely leading everybody into believing that I have received the covid-19 vaccine. Why should I care if I knowingly or unknowingly spread covid to others and someone loses their life? It’s every person for himself. There should be 330 million separate sets of rules to cater to every person in America. Absolutely no need to work together to achieve a common goal.
Rules, regulations and laws are not meant to be followed. Simply be defiant. I should have the latitude to handpick the rules, regulations and laws that best suit me rather than anybody else or the general population whether it’s to somebody’s detriment or not.
Sadly, this is the direction our society is heading.
