The Pennsylvania Treasury makes a big deal about all the money they have that is owed to people. Here’s my experience. You fill out the paperwork, and you hear nothing from them. They acknowledge that they received your claim for your money. Then that’s as far as it goes. No action. No money returned. Big farce.
