Many years ago I wrote a letter to the editor concerning parental licensing. I see and read about so many parents killing their children. You need to pass tests to become a police officer, drive a car, be a pilot, be a veterinarian … but there are no tests required to make a baby.
We need parental licenses. Making a baby is not a right, it is a privilege.
